Digital Marketing Specialist

What you will bring to the table?

Proven working experience in digital marketing in IT services for foreign customers
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns especially setting up and optimizing Ads campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads)
Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Excellent knowledge of the English language

What you might surprise us with?

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraint
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

working with the best marketing tools (Hubspot, Figma, WebFlow, Asana, etc.)
