What you will bring to the table

Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading complex design projects from start to finish.
Expertise in facilitating workshops with clients, guiding them through the discovery process to uncover key business and user needs.
Advanced knowledge of Figma, including expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, utilizing Figma Tokens, and ensuring design consistency across all projects.
Ability to adapt to changing business domains and provide innovative design solutions that drive client success.
Proven experience managing the entire design process, from discovery to UX and UI implementation, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
Fluent English skills (B2/C1), enabling effective communication with international clients.

Your work in detail

Collaborate closely with business analysts and developer teams, ensuring that design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
Maintain consistency across projects, utilizing UI Kits, design systems, and style guides effectively.
