We are committed to protecting your privacy and would like to provide you with important information about your data we may process. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR").
We may obtain your personal data when you contact us, or generate it from your use of our Websites.  
We will act as the data controller of your data collected or generated and processed in connection with our use of the Websites.

Why do we collect your data

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:We will act as the data controller of your data collected or generated and processed in connection with our use of the Websites.

  • Contact:
    You may voluntarily contact us, and to be able to respond to you and process your request, we will collect your personal data that you provide in the contact form or in your correspondence, which will mainly relate to your e-mail address, first and last name, and other information that you decide to share with us.  The data will be processed in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable data protection laws until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of the contact is achieved. When we no longer need your personal information, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to appropriately anonymize it so that it no longer identifies you. Sharing your data would be necessary if you wish us to communicate with you.
  • Contract negotiation or performance:
    If you decide to contact us to negotiate or to enter into a business relationship, to request the demo of our product, or if we conclude the agreement for the provision of our services, we will collect and process your business data. The data may come directly from you or from your employer or business partner if you represent the entity that is or will be our client. The data will be processed during the evaluation and negotiations, during the collaboration, for the time necessary to fulfill post-contractual obligations or until the purpose is achieved in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable data protection laws. When we no longer need your personal information, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to appropriately anonymize it so that it no longer identifies you.
    It would be necessary to share your data if you wish us to start the business relationship and/or perform the agreement.
  • Events and workshops:
    From time to time, we may organize events or workshops and publish information about them on our Websites.  The data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, for the duration of the event or as long as necessary to complete any post-event activities, or otherwise+ until the purpose is achieved in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable data protection laws. When we no longer need your personal information, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to appropriately anonymize it so that it no longer identifies you. If you wish to attend the event, you will be asked to provide your information.    
  • Statistics and Analytics:
    While browsing the Websites, you will generate usage logs that, together with the information collected from cookies, would allow us to understand the movement on the Websites and the needs of users, which in consequence would help us to optimize the Websites and the user experience, but also to apply the security means appropriately so that we could protect you and ourselves from malicious activities on the Internet.  
    We will continue to process your information until you object to the data processing or change your browser settings to disable cookies. We will also process this information until it is no longer needed for the purpose of the analysis, or until it is no longer considered personal information under data protection laws. After that, we may still use this non-personal information to continue working on statistics and analysis.
  • Marketing:
    Additionally, we may use your data for the marketing activities to promote our brand, services and products. In that case we may:  
    - send newsletters, or commercial communication including eBooks, or reports, or other business communication based on your consent. For this purpose, we will use mainly your business contact data and email address.
    - analyze your data to measure the marketing performance, and/or prepare the adjusted advertisement following the information we get from cookies or your other activity on the Websites. For this purpose, we will mostly use your usage and cookies data. We will ask for your consent before we install any non-essential cookies.  

    We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent, object to the data processing or change your browser settings, disabling cookies collecting information on the use of our Websites. Also, this usage data will be processed until the purpose is achieved, or until they are considered personal according to GDPR. After that, we may still use this non-personal information to continue working on measurements of marketing trends. Providing your data is not a statutory or contractual obligation, it is your free will to share it with us.   
  • Recruitment:
    We are growing! If you would like to join our team, please send us your application. We will receive and process your personal data contained in the application and we will process this data for the duration of the recruitment process or, if you agree, for a further 2 years in case you wish us to consider your application also in future recruitment processes.
    Providing your data is necessary to achieve this purpose, without them we will not be able to process your application.
  • Social Media:
    You may interact with our fan pages or professional accounts on social media or other similar platforms. We will process your data until you remove your activity history on social media, for as long as we have an account on the social media platform and in accordance with its terms and conditions, until your activity is still available on our fan page, until you change the settings on your social media profile, or until the purpose is achieved. Social media cookies remain on your device until you delete them or until they expire according to their storage setting.
  • Legal Claims:
    We may also retain your information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. to achieve legal certainty by ensuring our ability to defend ourselves or pursue claims in court. Data processed for this purpose will be kept by us until the claims become statute-barred.

What are the legal bases for your data processing

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Your voluntary consent.

    We may process the data you voluntary shared with us (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), if you agree to the processing of your data for a specific purpose such as to contact us, to participate in the events or workshops, to receive marketing communications, to receive updated information on our social media accounts or newsletters, etc., In this case, the legal basis will be Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

  • Preparation for or performance of the contract.

    We may process your data in connection with the exploration of business opportunities, negotiations or the performance of a contract, but also during the recruitment process. In this case, the legal basis will be Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

  • Legal obligations.

    Sometimes your request may be related to the exercise of your privacy rights, in which case we may be required to process your data to comply with the obligations arising from your rights. In addition, the performance of the contract may be related to certain tax or other statutory obligations that we are required to comply with. In this case, the legal basis will be Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with adequate provision of law that is a source of the obligation.

  • Legitimate interest.

    In some situations, we may need your data to conduct our business but we will process it when it does not interfere with your rights.  This so-called controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR ) may occur when we will be performing analytics to enhance and optimize our Websites, enhance, or promote our offering or brand, analyze your data for marketing purposes, the administration and management of our accounts or fan pages in social media, ensuring the security and functionality of the Websites, and to establish, assert or defend ourselves against claims.

What kind of data we may process

We collect the following types of regular types of personal data:

  • Contact or business data - any data provided by you voluntarily in the contact form or via email;
  • Job application information - any data provided by you in a job application form;
  • Your data stored in social media when you use interact with us via such platforms (e.g. Facebook or, LinkedIn);
  • Cookies and usage logs - please refer to the Cookies Policy [link/below] for the full list of cookies, their retention period and a brief description. Usage data may include information about your behavior on the Websites, most frequently used elements, preferences. In addition, we may collect more technical information such as IP address, device information, browser, advertising information or information provided by trackers;
  • Visual or audio data, such as your voice or image, registered or recorded during our events.

How do we collect your data

We (or our suppliers such as providers of cookies or tracking technologies) may collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from your interactions with our Websites;
  • From third parties such as social media providers;
  • Automated tracking technologies, such as information automatically collected about your interaction with our Websites using various technologies such as cookies, usage logs, or tags.

Data recipients

There are several types of data recipients. Your data will be processed by our personnel and contractors, including IT service providers. If needed we may also share your data with legal authorities, courts, or other institutions that may request access to your data based on the provisions of law.  Additionally, we are using several third-party providers to run the Websites and our business. Your data will be shared mostly with, among others:

  • Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited Company (the providers of Analytics, Google Tag Manager as well as Google Ads). More information about the Google privacy statement can be found here;
  • The Rocket Science Group LLC which provides Mailchimp services regarding email management;
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. which hosts our fan page and provides an ad tracking technology by which we measure and track user behavior and activity on our Websites.  More information about the privacy at Meta can be found here;
  • LinkedIn Corp, which provides us with the LinkedIn Insight Tag that enables in-depth campaign reporting and who hosts our corporate account. More information about the privacy at LinkedIn can be found here;
  • Microsoft Inc. which provides us with the Clarify tool that creates and measures a heatmaps. More information about the privacy at Microsoft can be found here;
  • WordPress, from Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd. and Webflow from Webflow, Inc., which are helping us to create and manage Websites.

International Data Transfers

We cooperate with several vendors who may process your data outside the European Economic Area where the data protection laws may differ from the GDPR. That is why, if we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to third countries, the transfer will be based on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legal instruments according to the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission. You can always request the copy of those safeguards we apply in case of such transfers or receive the link where you can find them.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your data and to receive a copy of your data;
  • request to limit the processing of your data;
  • rectify (correct) your data when you information is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • request data deletion that are no longer required for the original purposes or that are processed unlawfully;
  • data portability which means that you can ask for a copy of the information we have regarding you in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format;
  • object data processing and upon your justified objection we will cease any further processing under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
  • to withdraw consent at any time.

Additionally, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority - about our collection and use of your personal data.
If you wish to exercise one or more of your rights, please contact us on the addresses provided above. However, bear in mind that, prior to responding to your request regarding the exercising of your rights, we may ask you for a proof of your identity.
If you want to withdraw your consent to receive newsletters or other commercial communication, you can also click on the hyperlink entitled "unsubscribe" in the content of the e-mail correspondence.
Please remember that withdrawal of your consent to data processing has no impact on legality of data processing that had taken place before that.

Automated Decision-Making

As a general rule, your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, but the data from cookie files used for analysis and marketing campaigns may be processed by algorithms which can create user profile, however this will not affect your rights.

Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on our Websites with an updated revision date.
