What personal data do we collect and process?
Data submitted in a contact form, i.e.: your name, surname, e-mail address or any other data provided by you voluntarily in the form.
E-mail address provided by you to obtain our newsletter.
Data provided by you in a job application form, including your CV.
Data coming from cookie files usually, will not be considered as personal, however, it is possible in certain cases that the scope of data gathered may increase your identifiability.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
The legal basis for processing of your personal data is consistent with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). The Controller processes your personal data based on the following legal basis:
to perform statistics and analytics – Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR i.e. to exercise a legitimate interest of the Controller understood as the optimization of preferences of website users, and analysis of their behavior in order to increase the effectiveness of the website usage,
to contact you – Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR i.e. in consequence of your voluntary consent,
to run marketing campaigns – Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR i.e. to exercise a legitimate interest of the Controller understood as the optimization and enhancement of the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns,
to send you our newsletter- Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR i.e. in consequence of your voluntary consent,
to enable you to apply for a job with our Company – Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR or Art. 221 of the Polish Labor Code, subject to the basis of the planned cooperation,
to establish, assert, or defend legal claims – Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR i.e. to exercise a legitimate interest of the Controller understood as namely being able to establish, assert or defend ourselves against claims.
Providing your personal data is voluntary and it is not a statutory or contractual obligation, however, it is necessary for making contact with you, sending you our blog newsletter you requested or process your job application.
How long will your personal data be processed?
To perform statistics and analytics – until automatic expiry of a cookie file, or when it is removed by you from your device, or when the data that come from the cookies stops to serve the analytical purpose.
To contact you – until your consent is withdrawn, in any case for no more than three years from the last action performed.
To run marketing campaigns – until automatic expiry of a cookie file or when it is removed by you from your device, or when the data that come from the cookies stops to serve the marketing purpose, or when you change ad settings on Facebook or LinkedIn.
To send you our newsletter- until your consent is withdrawn or for a period of up to three years from the date of the last action you performed by clicking the link to the newsletter sent to you via e-mail.
To enable you to apply for a job – until the end of the recruitment process or processing of your application, but if you grant the Controller additional consent to use your data for also for future recruitments – also for a longer period of time up to three years.
To establish, assert, or defend legal claims – until such claims become time-barred.
Will your personal data be subject to automated decision-making process?
As a rule, your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making process, however the data from cookie files used to make analytics and to run marketing campaigns can be processed by algorithms but it will not have any influence on your rights.
Who your personal data may be made available to?
Your personal data may be made available to the Controller’s lawyers, employees or contractors, IT service providers, however these entities process your data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and solely in accordance with Controller’s instruction. Your personal data may also be made available to the authorized bodies subject to provisions of law. Your information, including personal data, may also be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside the European Economic Area where the data protection laws may differ from the GDPR. That is why, if we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to third countries, the transfer of personal data will be based on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other similar legal instruments provided for in the GDPR.

The Controller may use Mailchimp which is an online marketing platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, a company headquartered in the State of Georgia in the United States. Mailchimp will serve the Controller to manage email collection, storage and campaigns across different channels, to perform advertising activities and to enhance their effect even to create landing pages. The Controller uses a marketing tool available through and provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, which is called the Facebook Pixel. The Facebook Pixel is a source code fragment added to the Controller’s website. Thanks to the functionalities of this tool, it is possible to measure and track your behavior and activity when you are redirected to our website after having seen or clicked on our ad displayed by Facebook ad. What are your rights?
You have the right to:
demand access to your personal data,
demand rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of your personal data as well as the right to data portability; these rights, however, may be limited by special provisions of law,
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if you come to the conclusion that the processing of your personal data infringes personal data protection regulations,
withdraw your consent to process your personal data, if your voluntary consent is the legal basis of the processing of your personal data. The withdrawal does not affect the personal data processing carried out on the basis of the consent before it was withdrawn.
