The tool visualizes data collected from sensors located in rooms for convenient and smooth management of environmental conditions in the offices.
The application allows building users not only to report failures but also to control intelligent devices installed inside. Additionally, thanks to the data collected from the sensors, the tool will help plan the meetings and make up the spatial design of advanced sensors, the arrangement of furniture, and intelligent devices.

For the complete monitoring works and assuring the safety standards, the app is equipped with an interactive dashboard that enables visualizing the entire building condition, utility consumption control, accessing notifications, and monitoring the alerts. An interactive dashboard with various types of data visualization implemented supports real-time track parameters, making economic decisions, and managing costs.
The feature enables creating and optimizing the available space in the building. The creator allows you to arrange the furniture, sensors, and necessary equipment in the room to shorten the time of effective space arrangement. The simultaneous collaboration feature allows the user to cooperate with the designer, so you have a real influence on the final appearance of the office and predict the costs to plan and execute the budget. In addition, the application detects all non-compliance with health and safety regulations regarding the arrangement of furniture.
The app allows selecting and matching the office space to the user’s requirements. With the customizable form, it’s possible to determine the needed amount of space, the expected number of employees, the number and type of rooms, and plan the budget. After providing the required information, the data is processed by the system. It results in perfectly adjusted and selected office offers.
To meet the needs of three groups of application recipients, we have created a smart building management tool that greatly facilitates the work of building managers and employees. The tool makes it possible to arrange meetings, report faults, and check the conditions in a given office or a selected space. Since such solutions have emerged, it’s believed that an intelligent building should meet all safety standards related to the proper functioning of the installation and the elimination of unauthorized access to selected areas.
The immediate alerting of life-threatening situations (fires) and quick system response to protect against the spread of a threat are critical issues in building management. The wireless system must guarantee multi-range command transmission and secure encryption, adequate coverage, and two-way communication in real-time. Therefore, an intelligent building should detect failures, inappropriate settings, or life-threatening situations.
